The staff and management at Feet in Focus are committed to providing the highest standard of excellence when delivering your pedorthic care. If you have a concern about our service you have the right to make a complaint.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please speak to any staff member who is present at the time.

If your complaint can not be resolved at the local level you then have two options. You may either make an appointment to see the Feet in Focus Director or submit a written letter of complaint to:

If you are unable to resolve your complaint with Feet in Focus, the Director will advise you on your options to refer your complaint to an advocacy or regulatory body.
